Port Harcourt Gunmen attack: Killing of three Policemen, abduction of Seni Awosike

Rivers State Police Command has unveiled the identity of the victim abducted by daredevil gunmen who also shot and killed three escort Policemen atop Rumuokoro flyover Port Harcourt as Mr Seni Awosike.

Seni Awosike is the Managing Director of IGPES Group of Oil and Gas company. In a press statement signed by SP Grace Iringe-Koko the Spokesperson for the Command said: “At about 1650hrs,(4:50pm) a Staff of IGPES Group of Oil and Gas company, on Thursday 24 November 22, along Obirikwere flyover, a green Sienna Vehicle was flashing light on them to stop but they refused, later the managing director Mr. Seni Awosike, the kidnapped victim ask them to stop whilst they were wearing military uniform along Rumuokoro flyover.

 “The hoodlums opened gunfire and shot three mobile Police officers, who died on the spot. Investigation is ongoing”,. Iringe-Koko said.
