Will he attend Salvation Ministries 5 Nights Of Glory Crusade?

Daniel Efe/Port Harcourt

The surprise appearance of the accused Serial killer Gracious David West, in the High Court last week wearing the upcoming mega crusade of a popular Church, Salvation Ministries, headquartered in Port Harcourt has been generating reactions.

Some devout members of the Church have taken to their Social Media platforms to explain that the mere wearing of upcoming crusade tag does not confer membership of the denomination to the accused Serial killer or exonerate from the confessed crime.

They explained that as part their mobilization for the upcoming five nights event, members of the Church in Prison Unit take their evangelism to the Correctional Centres to evangelize to prisoners with Bibles, gospel literatures and others.

The Serial killer Gracious David West, caused a stir when he appeared in a State High Court presided over by Honourable Justice Adolphus Enebeli, on Friday January 17 court in handcuffs, wearing green top and green shirt Correctional Centre (Prison) attire in Port Harcourt and the “5 Nights Of Glory,5NOG2020”.

He is suspected to have killed at least 15 women, mostly in the city of Port Harcourt and environs.

However, since his arrest, he has confessed to killing over 15 ladies.
