The father of the bride, Acting Deputy Inspector General of Police Zaki M. Ahmed in the early part of his service was posted to Rivers State where he led the Nigerian Police Force Rivers State Command as Commissioner of Police. And his ability to stabilize the then turbulent state added more to his towering achievements in management of law enforcement, maintenance of Peace, law and Order which improved much of Nigeria’s revenue earnings from the Oil and Gas sector and allied services in Niger Delta region and Nigeria as a country. He holds Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Usman Dan Fodio University Sokoto and a Master’s Degree in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice MLC from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He was again redeployed to head Zone 6, of Nigeria Police Force then at Calabar, Cross River State which was then covering the following states Rivers state, Akwa Ibom, Ebonyi, Cross River states.
