You Are Using Fly Over As A Cover To Enrich Yourself – Critics Tells Wike

 

The governor of Rivers State Chief Nyesom Wike, Has been accused of using his numerous fly over projects as a cover to enrich himself.

The Towncrier investigation and news monitored in Port Harcourt, scooped that the Governor former Media aide Opunabo Ingo-Tariah, accused the governor of hiding under the cover of  fly over projects to enrich himself, asserting that, each  fly over projects awarded by him (governor), he get his benefits heavily from it.

He maintained that the governor is collaborating with some  construction firms to commit several frauds running into some billions of naira tax payers money  in the name of construction, adding that so far, there are  heavy under employment facing the people, hence the high rate of crimes in the state.

Recalled that governor Wike, since assumption of office had commissioned more than 8 eight fly over projects across major cities in the state.

The governor had also been badly hit by some critics who are not really seen anything special in the numerous projects Wike’s had commissioned so far.
They said outside Port Harcourt and Obio/Akpor Local Government Areas, no signature projects are sited not to talk less of good roads.

According to a man that identified himself as Tamuno Tapa, told our reporter, that the level of underdevelopment suffered by other local government areas in the state are the type of injustice that can only be redress by God Himself.

He said the issue of non promo and non payment of pensioners in the state has left so many to die of hunger and starvation.

The governor so far is still bill to commission another flyover along the Port Harcourt Aba express way other wise called – Oro-Abali fly over as we file in this report.
