Why Top Ex Generals Meet In Minna …May Suggests Another Junta Scare

 

Some top former Nigeria military Generals few days ago answered their presence at a closed-door meeting held at the uphill residence of one of the former top General in Minna.

The meeting sources suggested may have perhaps premised on the current pressing National challenges bedeviling the nation especially the rising cost of food items and the economic challenges confronting the country.

Why other sources took a look around the military formation especially on the rising insecurity problem in the Northern parts of the country and across the Nation as well, suggesting a coup scare.

The too brass who met at the Uphill residence are Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, General Ibrahim Babagida, Chief Adulsalami Abubakar, General Gusau etc.

This Publication learnt that former President Obasanjo flew in from Benin City, Edo State, after attending the 90th birthday celebration of the Esame of Benin kingdom, Chief Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion.

Just recently, there have been a change of the guards at National Intelligence Agency (NIA) and Department of State Service (DSS) marking the beginning of new expectations by the Nigeria’s Government in an efforts to tackle the country’s security challenges.
