The Leadership of PROGRESSIVES YORUBA YOUTHS CONGRESS has enjoined the Governor of Kano State, Alhaji Abba Yusuf Gida to concentrate on how to provide good governance to the good people of Kano State rather than dispaciating his energy on how to destroy the world class legacies of the immediate past governor of the state, His Excellency, Alhaji Umar Abdullahi Ganduje.
In a Press Statement made available to our correspondent in Lagos by the Director of Media and Public Communications of the Organization, Elder Babajide Solomon, they advised Governor Abba Yusuf to stop his orchestrated attempts and efforts to discredit the personality of Alhaji Umar Abdullahi Ganduje, a man who has done so much not only for Kano State but Nigeria in general.
As at today, there’s no politician in our dear Country that has provided political leadership above all levels of primordial Sentiments while in office like Alhaji Umar Ganduje.
Elections and all the litigations attached to it has come and gone, therefore it is time for Governor Abba Yusuf to concentrate on providing dividends of Democracy to the citizens of Kano State. We advised the Governor to henceforth stop all his vendetta policies that will not put food on the table of the common man in Kano State.
We, the PROGRESSIVES YORUBA YOUTHS CONGRESS Is Comfortable with the achievements of Alhaji Umar Abdullahi Ganduje before, during and after his tenure of office as the Executive Governor of Kano State.
Any moment from now, we shall be honouring Alhaji Umar Abdullahi Ganduje as an Outstanding NATIONALIST of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
As an organization responsible to protect the interest of all yoruba youths across the globe, this award is to appreciate Alhaji Umar Abdullahi Ganduje’s kind gesture to NON-INDIGENES in Kano State; particularly the Yoruba Race during his tenure as Governor of the State. More Importantly, Alhaji Umar Ganduje has been rated as a DETRIBALIZED Nigerian who is providing the necessary leadership direction to the ALL PROGRESSIVES CONGRESS (APC) as its current National Chairman.
The only recognized Anti-Corruption Agency in Nigeria is the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) and if truly there’s an allegation of Corruption against Alhaji Umar Ganduje, Governor Abba Yusuf should direct the petition to the only RECOGNIZED ANTI-CORRUPTION body in The Country (The EFCC) for prosecution and not to result to self help through direct Vendetta.
