A State High Court in Port Harcourt Presided over by Justice Florence Fiberesima, has granted an order declaring that Victor Giadom is not a member of All Progressives Congress, APC, not a member of APC National Working Committee, NWC.

Justice Flourence Fiberesima, the Court order was premised on the resignation of Victor Giadom from National Working Committee, NWC, to the 2019 General election as Deputy Governor of Rivers State.

Court says Victor Giadom is not a member of All Progressives Congress, APC, not a member of APC National Working Committee, NWC.

The Court also restrained Victor Giadom from issuing, signing or endorsing any document or correspondence to INEC or any other body or institution in the capacity of the National Chairman or Acting National Chairman of the APC or howsoever as an officer of Party.
