RIVERS STATE APC MEMBERS MAUL FEDERAL APPOINTMENTS

With the renewed spirit in the All Progressives Congress—APC Rivers state chapter a few weeks ago President Muhammadu Buhari had appointed 8-members into Boards of federal Government run tertiary institutions. Senator Andrew Uchendu is now Chairman of University of Port Harcourt Governing Council, Mrs. Dabota Bull-Jumbo is now a member of the Management Board, Federal College of Education Yola, Adamawa state. Dr. Lawrence Chuku is appointed member Governing Council of Waziri Umar Federal Polytechnic Birnin Kebbi, Barrister Kingsley wali member Governing Council of Auchi Polytechnic, Barrister Reginald Ukwuoma Member Governing Council Federal College of Education Kano, Kano state, DR. Lebatam Ndegwe, Member Governing Council Kaduna Polytechnic, Barrister Isaac Abbot Ogbobula as Chairman Governing Council Federal Polytechnic Bauchi, in Bauchi state. While Chief Victor Giadom has been nominated as a member of the Management Board of Federal Maritime University Okerenkoko. All the above appointments came from the published list on 8th April, 2021 as President Buhari reconstituted Management Boards and Governing Councils of Federal Polytechnics, Federal College of Education and Federal Universities in Nigeria.  Many Rivers state APC members are now in joyous mood after over 6-years when the party was in government in Rivers state.
