Rivers APC Crisis: Group Called for Timely Intervention

The Rivers State All Progressive Congress, APC’s Renaissance Group, says all is not well with the party in Rivers State and as such, a time has come for a mechanism to be set up for Timely Intervention in internal party crisis when they occurred.
The call was made as a part of the communique signed at the end of the party’s Renaissance Group stakeholders meeting held Friday, in Port! Harcourt, the Rivers State capital.


The call which was signed by Chief Ken Wobo, Chairman, Sir Clement Menegbo, co Chairman and Graham Waribo, Secretary held that the party in the state was in comatose.
The Renaissance Group averred that they were ready to step in and help to stabilize the party and set it on course as a veritable opposition force for the 2023 general election.
The body also called on the national leadership to live up to their responsibility and rein in the aggrieved so as to build an integrated followership based on equality and one party ideology.
