PROGRESSIVES ALLIANCE FOR MAGNUS ABE CONGRATULATES AGUMA ON HIS RATIFICATION AS RIVERS APC CTC CHAIRMAN BY NWC

The President-General, on behalf of members of the Progressive Alliance For Senator Magnus Abe, welcomes with satisfaction the recent high court judgments on Rivers APC, the emergence and subsequent ratification of Rt Hon Igo Aguma as Caretaker Committee Chairman of the party in the state by the National Working Committee.

As foremost pro APC pressure group in Rivers State, we express our confidence and support in the steps so far taken by Rt Hon Igo Aguma, especially on his twin agenda of reconciliation and the conduct of party congresses, urging all members of the APC to rally support for the new Caretaker Committee to succeed.

We congratulate the new Rivers APC CTC chairman and pray him to bear no grudge with any one, but rather focus on the task of rebuilding the party in the state, and continue to maintain his current posture of peace and inclusiveness, for purposes of achieving the ultimate goal of returning the party back to the people and winning ways.
