…Christians Won’t Play Second Fiddle Again
Christians in Nigeria has vowed that they will not play second fiddle in the governance and decisions in the processes of electing a new president, governors, chairmen, councilors and the race of other positions as the nation draw close to elections in 2023.
The general overseer of Graceland International Church, Apostle Zilly Aggery told journalists at sideline of an award in Port Harcourt, saying that as a christian, every ward, and up to the polling units will be fully covered to ensure no stone is left unturned because of experience of the past.
He maintained that with experience from past elections in the country, Christians this time around will be fully mobilised to ensure nothing is left unturned or to give room for rigging come 2023, adding that as a body more sensitization would done to let Christians understand that there is no evil in selecting who governance you.
Asked if he was comfortable with present administration, he responded thus: ” I can tell you that Buhari is trying. Buhari is a man of his word. Muslim’s have ruled for eight years and a Christian must rule for eight years. Politics is a game of number and we must increase our number” Zilly said.
