A right group under the aegis of league of Nigerian Voters has called on Rivers politicians an indeed Nigerians to be weary of do gooders and conflict entrepreneurs who are solely interested in milking the state dry
The group in a press briefing in Port Harcourt, by the National Coordinator Ella Susan Chinwendu, represented by the National Secretary Wariso Wariso, condemned what it’s termed as ” the comical outburst of Dan Nwanyanwu in a stylish viral video ” accusing a serving Minister of the federal Capital toritory Chief Nyesom Wike of threat to life.
The briefing tagged: ” interrogating Dan Nwanyanwu’s Maccabre Dance of falsehoods and perfidy”
Recall that Dan Nwanyanwu in the viral video,has acclaimed that Wike’s is after him for alleging that He (Wike) plans to contest the 2027 presidential election aganist president Bola Tinubu.
The viral video, this publication gathered that Nwanyanwu has alledged the F.C.T minister of sending a killer squad Led by one Moses Emmanuel ,a native of Emohua LGA of Rivers state of threaten on him directly at Transcorp Hilton Abuja.
But the group convener maintained that left for the choreography video,it would have passed
off as a hilarious piece of situational comedy,adding that ordinarily,what should have been strictly for laugh,at once became a serious national issue with grave national security implications.
Mr Wariso explained that the security concerned and it’s implications,anyone that knows Dan Nwanyanwu should have known the objective of that video ,which is to grab attention ,gain relevance and bill his motley sponsors.
They suggested that to get to the root of the saga ,it is necessary that the relevant agencies of government interrogate what actually transpired at the pastry shop of Transcorp Hilton.
They insisted that the incident Dan Nwanyanwu blown out of proportion was an innocuous encounter between him and Emmanuel Moses, adding that it will be a disservice to Rivers people if any politicians fall to the antics of these political buccaneers, who are on a treasure hunt.
Mr. Warriso also insisted that Imo Ikenga Ugochinyere, who has left business of representing ,the good people of ideato ,have descended on Rivers state , like a band of depraved political locust intent on feasting on the Rivers Treasury.
