He congratulated the Rivers State Governor for his victory at the polls and its confirmation by different courts.

“Let me use this opportunity to congratulate you on your victory at the poll for the second term in office as the Governor of Rivers State and the affirmation by the Court of Appeal in its recent judgment”, he said.
