Federal High Court Sacks Dumo Lulu-Briggs

The governorship candidate of Accord Party – Barrister chief Dumo Lulu -Briggs of Rivers state Nigeria has been sacked by Justice E. A Obile of Federal High Court Port Harcourt Judicial Division.

The judgement on Thursday 28th of February, 2019 which stated that, there is no record before the court indicating that the plaintiff  Mr. Precious Barridom truly relinquished his (Barridor) Accord party Governorship position as the authentic governorship candidate of Accord Party in Rivers state of  Nigeria. 

Justice E .A Obile in his ruling seriously ordered that the defendant Dumo Lulu-Briggs should hence-forth desist  from parading himself as the Accord Party governorship Candidate of the party in Rivers state.

Before now, Barrister Dumo Lulu-Briggs had presenting himself as the governorship candidate of Accord Party in Rivers state and with this judgement he is actually going to be hurt as it came 10 days to the Governorship election which has been slated for Saturday 9th of March, 2019.
