Ex-SGF, Babachir Lawal, Dogara Visit  Wike In Rivers

Former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal and former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Yakubu Dogara, visited  Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, at his private residence in Port Harcourt today, Saturday.

Lawal and Dogara who are prominent members of the All Progressives Congress (APC), visit Wike a Governor of the opposition-Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

Governor Wike  came second to Atiku Abubakar who emerged the Presidential Candidate during the Peoples Democratic Party ,PDP. 

The visit of both prominent Politicians is coming barely 24 hours after both of them addressed Northern Christians’ summit in Abuja, where they  opposed the Muslim-Muslim ticket of the ruling APC.

On the purpose of their visit to Governor Wike after their closed door meeting, the duo told Journalists that they were on a brotherly visit as part of the agenda setting to build an all inclusive Nigeria.
