Crisis imminent in Akwa Ibom over Gov. UdomUdom Seal of Christ Embassy Church

BY JOHN AMAOWOH

Crisis is likely brewing between some faithful of Christ Embassy in Nung Akpa Ime, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State Capital for alleged attack on members of the joint monitoring team enforcing compliance of the guidelines approved for reopening of churches in the state.

The Town Crier Online has gathered that the actions that may let to the faceoff between members of the church may not be unconnected with the situation hitting the church for now even though the state Government through a statement by the State Government COVID19 Management Committee, and Secretary to State Government,(SSG) Dr. Emmanuel Ekuwem has claimed members of the church rains and attack on the state government team during their Sunday service.

With the insistence of the state Government to deal or avenge the attack as alleged by the government, the Town Crier can authoritatively report that crises are imminent in the state if steps are not taken to stop the moves now.

It would be recalled that Christ embassy right from onset have strongly kicked against some actions on the outbreak of Covid19 – claiming the planting of 5g software as a game planning by some developed countries to further their evil plans in the world.

The state government action our Online group has observed was coming from the guess of the alleged failure of the church to observe World Health Organization Guidelines even though Christ Embassy has earlier distanced the church as a member of the Christian Association Of Nigerian,(CAN).
