Controversy Trail Ameachi, Wike Honours

Controversy is already set in the air as two Rivers Sons Set for honours same date and same time according to the programmes scheduled.

While incumbent Governor Nyesom Wike, will be accorded a ” Civil Reception “by the people of Kalabari at Abalama School field in Asari Toru Local Government Area, his predecessor Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, current Minister of Transportation, will also be honour with a chieftaincy tittle same date at far away home town of incumbent president ,Muhammadu Buhari, at the Emir’s Palace, Waura, Katsina State.

According to a source to the Towncrier, Ameachi will be Turban by His Royal Highness, AlH.(Dr.) Umar Farouk Umar con as Dan Amannar Daura.

The two event which are billed for 5th February, 2022,will also witnessed the present of who is who in the country and across as a show of political power and connection.

From available records to the Towncrier, the Minister of Transportation, has been an erstwhile governor, a former member of the state Assembly, while incumbent governor Nyesom Wike ,has equally served the nation as a minister and two time chairman of his local government .

The two are from the same ethnic group, same senatorial district and speak same dialect and have records of political benevolent of former god father Dr.Peter Odili, who was equally one the most popular Nigerian governor.

The two event definitely, is already generating tension across the entire River State political space, events place, churches, mosques and radios, TVs and social media platforms, with each supporters drumming impactful eulogies and impressive wishes to their own.

Politically, Amaechi, is the political leader of the All Progressive Congress, APC, While, Chief Nyesom Wike ,is also another political bigwig in his party- the People’s Democratic Party,PDP. Both are all dogged fighters with numerous supporters that cuts across the nation political land spaces.
