CERTIFICATE FORGERY; Obaseki’s allies celebrates high court circular for vacation

… a pointer that delay remains Obaseki’s only defence

No doubt that It is now becoming even very obvious that there are serious discrepancies with the result of the Governor of Edo state which is currently been handled by a high court in Abuja.

In a circular released to effect the annual high court Christmas vacation which is slated to begin on the 22nd of December 2020 and come to end around 11th of January 2021, this holiday might have a direct effect on the case against Governor Obaseki’s alleged certificate forgery considering the fact that it is a pre election matter which have a life spam of 180 days which is likely to efflux on the 8th of January 2021

This has notably brought secret jubilation to the Governor’s camp as it was seen posted on Whatsapp platforms by his allies, notwithstanding, the notice also allowed for the continuation of issues of national interest by vacation judges.

It is unfortunate that while the Governor should be seen preparing to defend his alleged certificate forgery, he has rather indulged himself in using some technicalities to while away time in order to escape justice

Does this really mean that Governor Obaseki certificate was indeed forged otherwise why the desperation to technically escape justice.

Meanwhile it seems justice is sure to prevail as Justice Ahmed Mohammed who’s the judge in charge of the case against the Governor’s alleged certificate forgery, has since decided to suspend his vacation just to ensure the case is heard and justice is duly delivered taking strong note that the case is a pre election matter and therefore is time bound.

While the Governor’s desperately awaits the constitutional 180 days to elapsed so that the case can be thrown out, majority of Edo people hopes the case is duly heard and the Governor defends his alleged his certificate forgery.
