APC Primary: Founding Fathers Move That Nailed Consensus Arrangements

The founding fathers of APC met with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa Abuja.

The most formidable, and emerging APC Presidential Candidate Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu alongside other highly placed party founding fathers discussed with Mr President extensively on number of bothering issues and were able to arrive at the most popular collective decision that enthrones “democratic Electioneering process of party primary”. They maintained that, only this process shall prevent possible disintegration of APC after primary.

The founding fathers cautioned that undemocratic process of primary Election neither represents all participating interests nor accomodate their wish. Therefore, it shall amount to a timed bomb that it’s explosion, no doubt, shall leads to disintegration and failure of our party APC in the next year Presidential general Election.

The founding fathers include; former interim National chairman of the APC Chief Bisi Akande, Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko of sokoto state, Chief of staff to the president Professor Ibrahim Gambari, SGF Boss Gida Mustapha, His Excellency incumbent Kaduna state Governor Mallam Nasir Ahmad El-Rufa’i, His Excellency, the incumbent Yobe state Governor Mai Mala Buni, the incumbent Governor of Katsina state Aminu Bello Masari, former Governor of Kano state Senator Ibrahim shekarau, former Governor of Imo state Senator Rochas Okorocha(the Owelle of Onitsha)and Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu.

Finally, Mr President expressed his position which was in agreement to the position of the founding fathers.

He maintained that on no occasion did he ever insinuate any undemocratic Electioneering process of primary for our party APC, and that he shall not in anyway be a party to such an arrangement.

He claimed that he is a product of “democratic Electioneering process of APC Presidential primary”. Therefore, himself is also on the side of history to come to positive and agreeable terms that will give APC the much needed Victory at the General Elections in the year 2023.

All of them agreed to convey this “high powered position” to party secretariat and NWC accordingly as all arrangements for a free and fair party democratic Electioneering process of Primary Elections are concluded ahead of 30th May 2023 Election date.
