2023: “I do not have a special candidate, I only have a national agenda” – Obasanjo

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo on Sunday said he had no special candidate for the 2023 presidential elections.

Fielding questions from newsmen after he visited former Head of State, Abdulsalam Abubakar at his Uphill residence in Minna, Obasanjo said he had a national agenda which would be unveiled soon.

“I do not have a special candidate. I only have a national agenda”, he said.

Obasanjo explained that he was in Minna to see General Abdulsalam who had been indisposed adding that the former leader was very special to him.
