The political banter between one of the Nigerian music duo, Peter Okoye popularly known as Mr. P and the son of Afrobeats legend, Seun Kuti has taken new levels as they each aim their guns at each other’s musical careers and just recently, their own families.
Seun Kuti took to his Instagram stories to throw a jab at Mr. P as he talks about the political situation in the country by pointing out the fact that things in Nigeria have always rotated between all tribes. To drive his point home, he allegedly said, and quote,
“I’m just saying. We are going around in circles. We must accept that fact so we can take a proper step forward. No be person Wey him family deh fight because dem marry Yoruba woman wan tell me about tribalism.”
