…Principal of School in trouble

Rivers State Commissioner for Education, Tamunosisi Gogo Jaja today arrested a middle-aged man at Niger Grammar School, Port Harcourt for aiding and abetting examination malpractice in the ongoing Senior Secondary School, WAEC examination.
Luck ran out of the middle-aged man when the Commissioner paid an unscheduled visit to the school where they were writing English Language.
The man was caught with over 20 examination booklets in a special hall where the candidates were sitting for English language.
The man who could not proffer satisfactory answers why he was in the examination hall with about 20 assorted English language textbooks and questions and answers  in a “Special  Examination Hall” was promptly arrested and handed over to the Police men in his entourage.
It was further learnt that the Principal of the school may face the music if after investigations it is found that he colluded with the suspect to perpetrate the criminal act.
It would be recalled that Gogo Jaja had vowed  schools under his watch must maintain highest ethical standards.
