But when the story of the top politician dating the Prophetess was about becoming an item in Omoku town it was revealed that Don Wanney was contacted to unleash mayhem against the family and decimate the family to rubrics and whoever that is found within so as to hide the story from members of the public. It was at this time that Don Wanney mobilized his Cult boys to visit the Prophetess and carry out the heinous crime of mass murder which occurred at Omoku with a family of three, the husband and two others all being killed in cold blood. The reward for this dastardly act was tagged at ten Million N10m reward which it was rumoured was sent to Don Wanney for a job well done. Thus, began the scandal which major politicians in Omoku are running about town dogging security officers from getting details of what took place before and after the killing of 23 people at that fateful.

Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike will be at Omoku, headquarters of Ogba-Egbema-Ndoni local government area of Rivers state on Wednesday to hold a peace parley and Town hall meeting few days after the notorious killer, Don Wanny by federal forces in his hideout in Enugu.
It is significant to note that
former Governor Chibuike Amaechi and Minister of Transport was at Omoku two days ago and visited the those injured in their hospital beds from Don Wanny’s new year attack.
Amaechi had accused Governor Wike had abandoned the constitutional role of protecting lives and property of the people of Rivers and vowed that the killers of people of
ONELGA must be made to pay for their crimes.
According to a radio announcement by the ONELGA council Chairman Osi Olisa said pavilion a peace parley with the people of irrespective of political affiliation.
This parley is to fashion out a road map to the sustainability of the existing peace in the area.
It would be recalled that Governor Wike declared some of fugitive members of Don Wanny’s group wanted and N20 million bounty placed on them among 32 others on the wanted list.
