Newborn baby found dumped inside a dustbin in Port Harcourt

Newborn baby found dumped inside a dustbin at the center of a road in Port Harcourt. An unknown heartless mother in Port Harcourt in the new year dumped her new born baby in dustbin. As expected, this caused a stir among residents and road users along the busy Ikwerre road in the Rivers State capital.
However, a Facebook user, Lawrance Ezeudu, wrote that “the mother of the newborn baby dumped the child in a dustbin along the road at Ikwerre road, Port Harcourt.”
He was not elaborate on the exact place and time the baby was found.

A bloody clash has erupted in Obuama community (Harry’s Town) , this morning between supporters of the Minister of Transportation,  Chibuike Amaechi and Senator Magnus Abe Representing Rivers South East Senatorial District.

Towncrier.ng gathered that scores of people have been injured while properties were also vandalized .

This attack is coming on the heels of a planned visit by Abe to the community scheduled to hold today.
