Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State, has imposed a 24-hour curfew on the state after riots broke out during a protest on Saturday.
Protesters had trooped to the streets to demand the release of the suspected killers of student, Deborah Yakubu, over alleged blasphemy.
