Court Ordered Police to Produce Suspect Granted Bail in an Abduction and Trafficking Suit involving 4-year-old in Ahoada

A Magistrate court sitting in Port Harcourt has ordered the police to  a suspect its custody that was granted bail, the court also remanded two women in police custody for allegedly abducting and selling of a 4year old boy.

The boy was reportedly abducted on the 8th of April, 2019 at his mother’s resturant in Ahoada East local Government Area. 
Two women 54-year-old Phani Okoaha and 22-year-old Precious Samuel, according to the charge are standing trial on a three count charge of conspiracy, abduction and and child trafficking. 
The third suspect who had earlier confessed to stealing ten children in the past aside the 4-year-old was no where to be found as he had earlier been granted bail by the police. 
When the matter was called, the Chief Magistrate Amaka Amanze ordered that the police produce the third suspect, Richard Emeifule and remanded the two women in police custody.
Sotonye Ezekiel, the counsel to the parents of the missing child, said after the sitting, that he is  shocked that the police granted bail to the third suspect after his confessional statement of working with Precious  Samuel in selling the four year old boy. 
In a chat with the father of the stolen  child, Godbless Ogbere said one of the suspect Precious Samuel is a well known person  to his family.
