AbdulKarim Chukkol takes over as the new EFCC Zonal head in Port Harcourt

The EFCC Zonal office in Portharcourt, Rivers state now have a new head, in person of Mr. Abdulkarim Chukkol.  He formally took over the reins of leadership from Mr. Babashani Umar Sanda, Deputy Zonal Head, at a brief ceremony on Thursday, August 13, 2020.

Mr. Chukkol succeeds Mr. Usman Imam as the 10th Zonal Head of the EFCC in Port Harcourt.

An illustrious member of the EFCC Cadet Course 1, the new Zonal Head is a Fellow of the Nigerian Army War College and graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy, Quantico, USA, and the Korea National Police University.

He is a consummate cyber crime investigator with record of participation in landmark cyber crime operations in the EFCC, including Cyberstorm 1.

Before his new appointment, Chukkol had served as Head of EFCC Zonal Office, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State; Head of Cyber Crime and Advance Fee Fraud in EFCC Headquarters, Abuja and Lagos Zonal Office respectively.
